About
Seventeen years of teaching movement with care.
Beth opened her Culver City studio to create a quiet space for people who want to move better, feel better, and stay consistent.
Beth trained first as a dancer, then spent years in rehabilitation settings alongside physical therapists. That background shapes her teaching: precise about alignment, patient with progress, and ready to adapt an exercise for a knee replacement, a disc injury, or a first trimester.
Classes are intentionally small. The room stays quiet enough for Beth to notice a rib position before it becomes a habit. Private sessions are for anybody who wants to work through something specific, or who simply learns better one to one.
The studio is a single bright room on Willow Lane with four reformers, a wall of props, and no mirrors. People tend to stay for years.
What a first visit looks like
- 1. Fill in the intake. A few questions about injuries, surgeries and what you want out of the work.
- 2. Beth reviews it. If a class needs approval she'll confirm or suggest a private session instead.
- 3. Arrive ten minutes early. Grip socks, comfortable clothes, nothing else needed.
